Medical Darpan

We’ve been based at the B.N Medical Complex for a good while now. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement, mostly other medical businesses and people looking for specific supplies. Our spot isn't anything fancy. It’s got white walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint and some sturdy metal shelves that hold all the stock. People come in and out through the day, mostly local clinic staff or delivery guys. We keep things moving as best as we can. We deal with all sorts of medical items, so there’s always a lot of checking and re-checking. It’s not a corporate office with carpets. It’s just a practical workspace where we can get things done. Usually, the mornings are the most hectic because that’s when the new shipments arrive. We spend a lot of time opening boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. The inventory gets a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually go for a break. It’s a nice way to step away from the fluorescent lights for a bit. We don't really do much marketing. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they’re already in the complex. We just focus on the orders and making sure the paperwork is sorted. It can get loud when the trucks are idling outside, but you get used to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
