King Super Market

We are located right here in the Village At Post Rohta, which is part of the Taluka Barauli Ahir area. If you know where the Punjab National Bank is, then you pretty much know where King Super Market stands because we are right near it. Most days start early for us. We get the shutters up and start checking what came in on the trucks. It is a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. The village life moves at its own pace, and we just try to keep up with what the families around here need for their kitchens. It gets dusty on the road sometimes, especially when the wind picks up around the bank. We spend a good amount of time cleaning the counters and making sure the floor is decent enough for people to walk on. There isn't anything fancy about the place. We have the usual shelves and a counter where we sit. Some days are slow and we just watch the traffic go by toward Barauli Ahir. Other days, everyone seems to come in at once and it gets a bit loud. We have been in this spot for a while now, so the locals know us by face. It’s just a regular shop doing regular business. We don't have big signs or anything like that. Just the name King Super Market on the front. It is a simple life in Rohta, and we are just glad to be a part of it.
