Jindal Aluminium Ltd. Bangalore

We are Jindal Aluminium Ltd. Bangalore, but our actual operations for this region are a bit spread out. We are located at Village Veerkhara in Post Chanderu, which is in the Bulandshahr district of UP. We also have a connection over at Indo Alusys Industries Ltd in Bhiwari, Alwar, Rajasthan. It is a lot of different places to keep track of, but that is just how we work. The office in Bulandshahr is very simple. It is surrounded by fields and feels very different from a big city office. We have a small team there that handles the local logistics. Over in Bhiwari, it’s much more industrial with a lot of factories around. We spend a lot of time traveling between these spots to make sure everything is okay. It can be exhausting, especially with the dusty roads and the long hours. We don't have a polished corporate image. Most of the time we are just wearing plain clothes and working out of basic rooms with a few files and a fan. We do our best to stay on top of the aluminium orders coming through. It is a bit of a complicated setup with the different locations, but we have a rhythm that works for us. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to do our work properly and keep things honest with the people we deal with.
