Jaggery Mill

We set up the Jaggery Mill right here in Village Sharoli. It is easy to find if you are coming down the Hinvada Lalpur Road, just look for the turn-off near the post office in Satla. Thana Bb Nagar is the local area most people know. Most days, we are busy with the crushers and the heat from the boiling pans. It gets pretty loud and sticky, but that is just how things go when you are working with sugarcane all day. My family has been around this part of the country for a long time. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the shed and the equipment. Sometimes the road gets a bit muddy when it rains, so people have to drive slow coming in. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. People from the nearby farms stop by often. It is a simple setup we have here. We focus on getting the work done and keeping the machines running. There isn't much to say other than we are just a local mill doing what we know how to do. If you pass the school and see the dust from the tractors, you are close. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the day is done. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy in the village. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We just take it one day at a time.
