Our office is located at House Number 165 in the village of Aakapur, which is over in the Tiyana area of Bulandshahr. It’s a bit different from being in the big city, which we actually quite like. Things are a little quieter here, though the construction work itself is always loud enough. We’ve been set up in this part of Uttar Pradesh for a while now. The team consists of locals who understand how things work in this district. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a place where you’ll find us in boots, ready to go out to the field. Most of our days are spent traveling between the village and different sites. The roads can be a bit rough after it rains, so we have to plan our trips carefully. We do all the regular construction tasks you’d expect. It’s practical work. We talk to the neighbors and the local suppliers every day. It feels more like a community here than a corporate environment. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice to discuss the blueprints. It’s honest work and we take it as it comes. Being in Bulandshahr means we deal with a lot of different types of land and local requirements. We just handle the paperwork and the building part without making a big fuss about it. We just show up and do what needs doing.
