Alpha Electricals

Alpha Electricals is over at No. 42/10 here in Faisalabad. It’s a typical local spot where we handle all sorts of electrical goods and repairs. The neighborhood is usually quite busy, and there’s always some noise coming from the street outside. We have been working from this location for quite a bit now. Inside, the shelves are filled with boxes of switches, bulbs, and various bits of wiring. It’s a small space, so we have to stack things pretty high to make everything fit. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific part if it’s buried at the back. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, but other days everyone seems to have an electrical problem at the same time. We try to help everyone out as they come in. There isn't much decoration on the walls, just some old calendars and maybe a list of phone numbers we need. We don't use any fancy systems to track things; we mostly just remember or write it in a notebook. People come to us because they know we are here at 42/10 and they can just talk to us directly. It’s practical and it works for us. We just focus on getting the electricity back on or fixing whatever gadget someone brought in for us to look at.
