Duss Limited Moti Baghbulandshahr

This is the office for Duss Limited, or more specifically, the Banarasi Dugdh Utpadak Sahkari Sangh Limited. We are located in Moti Bagh, Bulandshahr. Satish Chand Sharma is the one who really keeps things moving here. As a milk producer cooperative, our days start very early. Before the sun is even up, there’s activity. It’s a very practical place. You won’t find any fancy artwork on the walls, just charts about milk production and schedules for the trucks. The smell of the dairy is always around, which we’ve all grown used to over the years. We work with a lot of local farmers and people from the surrounding villages. It’s a big community effort. Satish Chand has been involved for a long time, and he knows the history of every family we work with. The office itself is quite old, with heavy metal fans and wooden desks that have been passed down. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just focus on the milk and making sure the cooperative runs fairly for everyone involved. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or the rains make the roads to the villages impassable, but we always find a way to manage. It’s a tough job but an important one for the people of Bulandshahr. We’re just regular folks doing our part in the dairy business, trying to make sure the work gets done right every single day.
