We’re located at Plot I-20 in the Site-C UPSIDC area. Surajpur is a busy industrial zone, and we’ve been part of it for a bit. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work. The workshop isn't much to look at, but it has the tools we need. We mostly focus on the technical side of things without much fluff. You won't find us wearing suits here. It’s usually grease and work boots. The Industrial Estate is always buzzing, and we just fit right into that rhythm. 3I Tech Engineers is really just a group of us who like fixing things and building parts. We handle whatever comes through the door. Some days it's easy, other days we stay late to figure out a problem. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our jobs well and go home. The address at Plot I-20 is where everything happens. We have some old machines and some newer ones too. It’s a mix of different eras. People around Surajpur know where to find us if they have a technical issue. We don't do much advertising. Word of mouth usually brings people by. We just focus on the engineering and let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us and our families. We aren't flashy people, just steady workers.
