Universal Sales Agency

Universal Sales Agency is tucked away in M 1 over in Sananth Nagar. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. We started out small and we’ve just stayed in this spot. Most days it’s just the sound of phones ringing and people checking on stock. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place around. We just want to make sure the work gets done right for the people who come to us. Our office is pretty basic. A few chairs, some filing cabinets, and the usual stuff you’d expect. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Too busy with the daily grind. Sananth Nagar is a good place for us because it’s easy for folks to find. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. New buildings going up and old ones staying the same. We are one of the ones that stayed. Dealing with sales means we talk to a lot of different people. Some are easy to work with and some are a bit more difficult, but that’s just life. We try to be honest about what we can do. No point in making promises we can’t keep. It’s just us here, doing our thing every day. Nothing more to it than that. We just focus on the orders we have.
