Lightbear Ventures LLP

We are based at number 25 in Sector B, right on Canal Avenue in the Rawalpora area of Srinagar. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because we are also right near Sanat Nagar and the border of Budgam, so we kind of sit between a few different places. Lightbear Ventures LLP is where we spend most of our time dealing with various projects. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just a functional space where we can sit down and focus. Canal Avenue usually has a bit of a breeze coming off the water, which is nice in the summer months when it gets dusty. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the way the traffic flows around Sanat Nagar. It can get pretty backed up during the morning rush. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps because we have a lot of things going on at once. We aren't the type of people to have everything perfectly polished. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Most of our days are spent talking to people or checking on how things are progressing. It’s a bit of a mix of everything. We have the 190005 pincode and we’ve lived and worked in this part of Jammu and Kashmir long enough to know the shortcuts. It’s a decent enough place to run a business and we just keep at it.
