Jbi Constructions Private Limited

We started Jbi Constructions Private Limited a few years back and we’ve been working out of our office at F2, SDA Colony in Bemina since then. Srinagar is a busy place for building things right now, so we stay pretty active. It isn't always easy with the way the seasons change here, but we get the jobs done. Most of the people working with us live right here in Jammu & Kashmir, so we know the ground and the local ways of doing things. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that, just our space in Bemina where we keep our records and meet people. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we’d rather be out on the sites anyway. We handle various types of construction work, mostly stuff that people need for their everyday lives or businesses. If you walk around the SDA Colony, you'll find us easily enough. We aren't interested in making big speeches about what we do. We just show up, look at the plans, and start working. Sometimes the materials take a while to arrive because of the roads, but that’s just life here. We try to be honest about how long things take. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in Srinagar and helping the neighborhood grow a bit. Nothing too complicated, just a local crew trying to do right by the folks who hire us. We take it one project at a time and try to stay busy.
