Our office is situated in Natipora, specifically in the Budshah Nagar area. Haji Estates And Developers Private Limited is the name on the door, though most of us just think of it as our daily workplace. We’ve been set up here in Srinagar for some time. It is a decent neighborhood to work in. Not too loud, but not exactly silent either. We have a simple routine here. We show up in the morning, make some tea, and get to work on the estate files. There is no big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We are just local people who know the area well. Budshah Nagar has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have what we need to get the job done and that is about it. We don't believe in overcomplicating things. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around Natipora. It’s that kind of place. We handle the developers side of things too, keeping track of different bits and pieces around the region. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the winters get tough and the heating acts up, but we just carry on. It’s a real place with real people working inside. We try to keep our paperwork organized but it’s a busy office. Every day brings a new challenge and we just take them as they come.
