You can find us at the Sidco Electronic Complex in Rangreth. It’s an industrial park, so the surroundings are mostly other offices and warehouses. Our building is a standard functional structure. Inside, it’s mostly open spaces with desks for the staff. We deal with various industrial products, and it requires a lot of coordination. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and logistics companies. The weather in Rangreth can be quite cold, especially during the winter months. We usually have a few space heaters going to keep everyone comfortable. It’s not a corporate environment with glass walls. We have regular rooms and a small kitchen area where we make tea. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though we do get busy when shipments are moving. We’ve had some of the same people working here for years, so we all know how the system works. We don't have a formal mission statement or any of that. We just come in and handle the daily tasks. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with the emails. We keep a lot of records in physical files because we find it easier to grab a folder than to search a computer sometimes. It’s a very grounded way of working. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a basic, honest operation for our small team.
