We have our desks and our equipment set up. Nothing is for show. We don’t have big advertisements or anything like that. We just go about our business. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. We see the same people every day. In this part of Jammu and Kashmir, you get used to the changing seasons and how they affect the work. Sometimes it’s really cold, and we just huddle up and keep working. Other times it’s quite pleasant. Our work involves a lot of importing and exporting, so there is always something to track or someone to call. We don't have a mission statement or anything fancy. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go and the invoices are correct. It’s a lot of small details. We take it one day at a time. If you’re looking for us, we’re just there at Rangreth Bagh. It’s a simple office for a simple way of working. We like it that way and it seems to work out okay.
