Most of our days are spent coordinating projects and checking on materials. It can get a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we usually manage to sort it out. Tikatganj is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people running the nearby shops. We often send someone out to get samosas for the team when we have a long afternoon ahead of us. It’s the kind of place where work and life kind of blend together. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. We just provide a base for our infrastructure ventures and keep the lights on. It’s steady work and it keeps us connected to the local area. We show up, do what needs to be been done, and head home when the sun goes down. That’s our routine here in Rathore Colony.
