Out here in the Budaun district, you’ll find us at Tata Chemicals Limited. Our specific location is Indira Dham. Even though we are part of a very large company, life at this branch feels a lot like any other local workplace. We have our routines and our daily tasks that keep us busy from sunrise to sunset. The air in Budaun is a bit different than the big cities, and we like being out here. At Indira Dham, we focus on the chemical side of things, which means there is always a lot of technical stuff to keep track of. We don't really do the polished marketing thing here. We just have a lot of people in work boots and uniforms making sure the processes are running like they should. It’s a big site, so there’s always something that needs fixing or a truck that needs loading. We talk to each other plainly and don't use much corporate jargon because it just slows things down. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we are all neighbors as well as coworkers. We just try to do our jobs well and keep the place running safely. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve got a good rhythm going after all this time. When the day is over, we’re tired but it’s a good kind of tired. That’s just life at Indira Dham for us and we wouldn't change it.
