We've been around Brahampur for a while now. Samadhan Landdevelopers is basically a small team working out of Budaun. Mithlesh Gupta and Upendra handle things here at the office. It's mostly about land and development stuff in the local area. We don't have a big fancy office, just the place in Tehsil Budaun. People around here know us well enough. We deal with the paperwork and the ground work for different plots. It gets busy sometimes with the legal side of things, but we manage to stay on top of it. It’s a local business through and through. We started this because there was a lot of demand for clear land deals in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Most days we are out on sites or meeting people to talk about boundaries and titles. It's not glamorous work but it keeps us on our toes and pays the bills. The 243601 area is where we focus most of our time and energy. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out to the further spots, but we get there eventually in the old jeep. We try to keep things straightforward for anyone coming to us for help. It’s just how we do things in Badaun. No big speeches or anything, just showing up and doing the job. We've seen the town change quite a bit over the years. More houses going up, more people moving in. We're just part of that process here.
