Odfs Consultancy Services is based over in Gautam Puri, right here in Badaun. The office is part of the property belonging to Sanjeev Kumar, who is Gajraj’s son. It is a local setup through and through. We don’t have a massive staff or a lobby with a receptionist. It is more of a walk-in kind of place where things are handled directly. Badaun is a place where word of mouth matters more than any advertisement you could put in a newspaper. We spend most of our time looking over documents and helping people figure out their business filings. The building is easy to spot once you get into the Gautam Puri area. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s nothing too elaborate, just some desks and the usual office equipment you’d expect. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get the work done anyway. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding blocks. We know most of the faces that pass by the window every day. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't rushing around like people do in Delhi or Mumbai. We take the time to talk to people and understand what they actually need before we start typing anything up. It’s just how we do things here in Badaun. No frills, just regular office work for the people who need it.
