Indresh Enterprises

Indresh Enterprises is out in Bhavrana, not too far from the Inra Chowk in Sambal district. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though things pick up during the local market days. We started this business because there wasn't much else going on and we wanted to stay in our hometown. The office is small and we share it with some storage space. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the open roads nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one that my cousin painted for us. It’s mostly just family working here. My uncle handles the accounts and I take care of the people coming in. We don't use any fancy software; mostly just notebooks and a couple of old computers that take forever to start up. Life moves a bit slower here compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We know almost everyone who passes by the Chowk. If someone needs something, they usually just drop in and ask. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth is enough around these parts. Sometimes we close early if there’s a local festival or if the weather gets too bad. It’s a modest living, but it’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community here in Sambal.
