Adg Pharmaceutical & Marketing Private Limited is based at B-348 on LIC Road in the Awas Vikas area of Budaun. Being in a place like Budaun means we know most of the people who come by. Our office is right on the road, so we see a lot of the local life going past every day. It’s a mix of pharmaceutical work and marketing, so there is always a lot of chatter and planning going on. We have our desks set up in a way that’s maybe a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. The LIC Road is a well-known landmark around here, so it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don’t have any polished scripts or corporate talk when we deal with people. It’s just plain English and honest work. Most of the day is spent looking at spreadsheets or talking to the sales guys who are out on the road. The winters here in Uttar Pradesh can get quite cold, so we usually have a heater going while we drink our tea and finish the evening reports. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do a good job for the folks we work with. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes between the marketing side and the pharma side, but we have a rhythm that works for us.
