Raikia Organic Producer Company Limited is based at the Sugudabadioaic Project. We are located in Dibari and our post office is Kajuri. You will find Binaya Prakash Pradhan there managing things. It is a bit out of the way but that is where the work is. We focus on organic production because that is what the project is all about. It is not a fancy corporate setup at all. We are just a small team working in a rural area. Dibari is a quiet spot and most people here are involved in farming in one way or another. We spend our time making sure the organic standards are met and the producers are doing okay. It can be a lot of walking and being out in the sun. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just do the work. The project site is where we spend all our time. Sometimes the communication can be a bit difficult because we are so far out but we make it work. We are a producer company so we are all part of the same community. Binaya has been here for a long time and knows the area well. We just keep our heads down and focus on the organic side of things. It is hard work but it is what we do. We are just Raikia Organic and we are out here in Dibari every day. It is a simple life for us.
