If you’re ever near the bus stand in Botad, you’ll find us at 09 Shanti Palace Complex. Vet Pharma has been operating out of this spot for a while now. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s always noisy with the sound of engines and people shouting for their rides, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our shop is on the ground floor which makes it easy to move the heavy boxes in and out without having to deal with stairs. We mostly deal with stuff for animals, so the place has a specific kind of feel to it. It’s not like a human pharmacy that’s all bright and sterile. We’ve got shelves stacked high with various containers and bags. Sometimes farmers come in and tell us about their cows or goats while we’re looking for what they need. It’s a practical kind of place. The lighting could be better in the back corner, and we really need to fix that one squeaky floorboard near the counter. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us handling the orders and making sure the supplies get to where they need to go in the Botad area. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short walk or a quick bike ride to work every morning. We just do our work and go home.
