We are based in room 201 at the Diamondplaza, right in the middle of the Diamondmarket area. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always a crowd of people outside the building doing their business. Our office is small and functional, mostly filled with desks and a few chairs for when we need to sit down and go through our documents. Being in the diamond market means things move fast, and we try our best to keep up with the pace. The elevators in the plaza are often slow or full, so we usually find ourselves taking the stairs to get to the second floor. It keeps us active, I suppose. We handle various import and export tasks from here, which involves a lot of phone calls and typing on our old computers. The lighting in the building could be better, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We’ve been at this location for some years and have gotten to know the other office owners on our floor. We don't have a receptionist, so if you walk in, you’ll just see us working at our stations. Sometimes the market noise makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we just close the window and carry on. It is a simple setup that works for what we need to accomplish every day without any extra fuss.
