Rotomotive Powerdrives India Limited is set up at Plot No. 223 in Napa Talpad Village. We’re out on the Gana Borsad Road in Borsad Taluka. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s a good spot for what we do. The facility is fairly large because we need the space for all the machinery. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We’ve got a lot of local guys working here who know the equipment inside and out. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s a working plant. We have dust on the windows and crates stacked up in the yard. That’s just the reality of making things. We spend our days making sure the powerdrives are put together right. Sometimes the shipments are late or the weather makes the road tricky, but we deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the work on the floor. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time, so we’ve seen it all. We take our lunches together under the trees when it’s nice out. It’s a solid, steady place to work, and we like the community in Napa Talpad. If you’re heading down Gana Borsad Road, you’ll see our gate and probably hear the machines humming.
