We’re based over in Babupara, right here in Bongaigaon. Our main point of contact is Mohan Choudhary, and he usually has his hands full with the daily operations. If you’ve spent any time in Bongaigaon, you know it’s a working town, and we fit right into that vibe. Tykoon Projects isn't as fancy as the name might sound to some. We are really just a bunch of guys who know how to handle construction equipment and get a building frame up properly. We deal with everything from small home repairs to bigger project sites around the district. The yard always has something going on, whether we’re sorting through sand or checking the cement bags for moisture. It’s dusty work and usually leaves us pretty tired by the end of the day. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write nice speeches for us. We just show up, do the work, and hope the weather stays clear enough to finish on time. Communicating with clients is usually done over a quick tea or a phone call while we’re standing on a half-finished floor. It’s straightforward and simple. We’ve had some tough projects where the ground was difficult or the logistics were a mess, but we always figured it out eventually. That’s just the nature of building things in this part of Assam. We like being in Babupara because it’s central to where most of our work happens.
