Pabitora Developers Private Limited is based in Ward No 3 of Basantipara, which is right in the Abhayapuri area. We are a local group working out of Bongaigaon, mostly focusing on developing small plots and building houses. It’s a small operation, and we like to keep it that way so we can actually keep an eye on everything ourselves. We aren't some big city firm with shiny brochures; we are just local folks who know how to get a building off the ground. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or standing around in the dirt checking on the progress of the walls. It’s a lot of work, and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but we always find a way to get it finished in the end. The 783384 area is where we do most of our business. We’ve lived here a long time, so we care about the buildings we leave behind. Our office is a simple place in Basantipara where we do the paperwork and drink a lot of tea while planning the next job.
