JSV NIDHI LIMITED is right on Station Road in Bongaigaon. If you have ever been to Bongaigaon, you know that the area near the station is always moving. There is a constant sound of train whistles, rickshaws honking, and people shouting to each other across the street. Our office is located right in the thick of it. It’s a very convenient spot because everyone passes through here at some point. The office itself is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We have our desks pushed up against the walls to make room for people to walk in. Because of the location, it gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables and the computer screens. We don't have a lot of peace and quiet, but we like the energy of the station area. It feels like the heart of the city. We have a small staff and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere inside is friendly but professional. We don’t use any fancy management speak; we just tell each other what needs to be done and we do it. Most of our day is spent handling the files for JSV Nidhi Limited and watching the crowds outside. It’s a busy life, but it’s interesting to be where all the action is. Bongaigaon is a growing place, and being on Station Road puts us right in the middle of all the daily commuters and the city's constant movement.
