We are situated out in Malyala Village at Sy No 54 A. Natrizen Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a bit, and we’ve become a part of the local landscape. Working with chemicals means we have to be careful and follow our routines closely every single day. The facility has a lot of drums, vats, and pipes running along the walls. It’s not a flashy office job; it’s more about measuring things out and watching the temperatures. The village is peaceful, which is a nice contrast to the industrial work we do inside. We have a small lab area where we check things, but mostly it's just the main production floor. We wear our gear and keep our heads down. It gets a bit repetitive sometimes, but that’s the nature of the industry. We handle the loading and unloading ourselves most of the time. The trucks find us easily enough since we’re right there in the village. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things consistent for our customers. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is just a short walk or bike ride. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our focus on the batches we're running today and make sure we didn't miss any steps. It’s a lot of watching and waiting, then a lot of moving things around at the end of the shift.
