Infocom Id Creation

We have been here in Stewart Gunj for quite a while now. It’s a quiet spot near Bamboo Flat in South Andaman, and mostly people just drop by when they need something made. We do ID cards and things like that. Most days start pretty early because of the way the sun comes up here. We just have a small setup in the village. It isn't a fancy office or anything like that, just some computers and the machines we use to print. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that's just how it is living on the island. People know where to find us if they need an ID for school or work. We usually just sit around and wait for the next person to walk through the door. The village is small so everyone knows everyone else. We have been working out of this post office area for years. It gets a bit humid in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running all day long. If you're coming from the Bamboo Flat side, we are pretty easy to spot. We don't really do much advertising because people just talk to each other. It’s a simple way of doing things. We just try to get the cards done right so nobody has to come back twice. That is pretty much what goes on here at Infocom Id Creation day in and day out. It is just a small local shop. We stay busy with the local folks.
