Pearl Agro Tech

Pearl Agro Tech is set up in a village called Panrui. Our post office is also Panrui, and we are right by Dhany Chowk in the Birbhum district. It’s a very rural setting, which makes sense for the kind of agro work we do. The surroundings are mostly fields and open spaces, which is a nice change from the crowded towns. We operate out of a modest building. There are no glass elevators or shiny lobbies here. It is just a place with sturdy walls and the equipment we need to get through the day. The people who work here are mostly from around Birbhum, so we all know each other. We spend a lot of time talking about the soil and the cycles of the seasons. It’s not a fast-paced environment where everyone is in a rush. We take things as they come. Sometimes the deliveries are delayed because of the roads, but we don't let it stress us out too much. We just deal with it when it happens. At Pearl Agro Tech, we keep our records in simple folders. We don't use a lot of complicated words for what we do. It’s just about the land and the products we handle at Dhany Chowk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing our work clothes and busy with some task in the yard. It’s just how life is in Panrui, and we are glad to be a part of the local community here.
