Yourshopkart Private Limited is located in Bokaro Steel City. We are at Plot No. SSP 12 in Sector 1/B. The place is looked after by Bir Pratap Singh. Being in a place like Bokaro, everything feels very structured because of how the city was built. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our online shopping business. It’s not a huge warehouse, just a place where we coordinate everything. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to delivery people. Sector 1/B is a decent area, fairly easy for people to find us if they need to. We started this because we saw a lot of people wanting things delivered to their homes. It’s been a learning process, for sure. We’ve had some ups and downs with the website and the logistics, but we just keep fixing things as they break. We don’t have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know the city well. The mail comes to C/o Bir Pratap Singh at our plot. We usually have a lot of tea and spend the afternoon sorting out the orders for the next day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the business going. We aren't looking to be some giant corporation, just a reliable shop for the people around here. It takes a lot of patience to get every package right.
