We are located at House No. 32, which is Smt Devanti Devi’s place, right in Ward No. 01 on Road No. 08 B. This is where Swansgreen Homes & Builders Privatelimited operates from. It’s a quiet enough area for a construction office. Most days you’ll find us sorting through paperwork or chatting about building plans. Mahendra Singh’s family has been here a long time, and that’s the house we use. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular home that works for what we need. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes to ask about projects or just to say hello. We keep things pretty simple here. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the weather is dry, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got our tools and our desks set up inside. It’s a practical space. When we started this, we just wanted a place to handle the building work properly. Being in a residential ward helps us stay connected to the actual houses we are dealing with. There isn't much to say about the office itself other than it's a solid house on Road No. 08 B where we get our work done. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up when we are busy at a site. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the community here in Ward 01. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry much about having a polished image.
