If you look for us in Bokaro Steel City, you’ll find us over at City Centre. We are located at Ga 23 on the first floor. It’s pretty easy to find because we’re right near the Police Club, which everyone around here knows. Being in Jharkhand, especially in a place built around the steel industry, gives the whole area a specific kind of energy. At Subhash Projects & Marketing Limited, we spend our days dealing with the paperwork and logistics that come with the territory. The office isn't anything over the top. It’s just a functional space where we can sit down and focus. Since we are on the first floor, we get a good view of people coming and going from the City Centre shops. Lunch usually means walking over to one of the nearby stalls or just bringing something from home. The pace here in Bokaro is a bit different than the huge metros, but it’s still busy enough to keep us on our toes. We have been at this address for a while and the routine is pretty set. We open up, check what’s pending, and start making calls. It’s a straightforward environment. No one is wearing suits and ties unless they absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just regular folks trying to make sure the project goals are met without too much fuss. It works for us.
