If you look for us in Bokaro Steel City, you will find our small office at Quarter Number 3143 in Sector 4F. It is a very typical residential area where everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Our company is called Student, and we’ve been operating out of this room for a couple of years now. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small sticker on the door so people know they have the right place. Inside, it’s mostly just a couple of desks pushed against the walls and a lot of wires running across the floor. It isn't the prettiest sight, but it is where we do our best work. Jharkhand can be quite peaceful, and we enjoy the quiet of the sector during the middle of the day. We don't have a big philosophy or a list of goals we are trying to achieve. We just want to do a good job and be home in time for dinner. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like being able to work at our own pace without someone looking over our shoulder all the time. We make our own coffee and try to keep the place as clean as we can, though we often fail at that. It’s a real, human way to work.
