Sterling Holiday Resorts

Our branch of Sterling Holiday Resorts is located at Quarter Number 146 on Street 1 in Section 9A of Bokaro Steel City. Being in Jharkhand, specifically in the 827009 area, gives us a different pace than the big metro cities. This office is where we handle the local side of things for people looking to take a break. It’s a pretty standard setup in a residential-style quarter. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paperwork regarding different resort locations. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We mostly just talk to people about where they want to go and what kind of room they might need. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone lines act up, but we manage to get the bookings through eventually. Working in Bokaro Steel City means we know our community well. People around here like to know who they’re talking to, so we keep things friendly and informal. We don't go for the big corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just show you what’s available and help you figure out the dates. The office is usually quiet unless a few families come in at once. We spend our time checking availability and making sure the details are correct. It’s just a regular job for us here on Street 1, helping folks plan their time off without making it too complicated. It works for us.
