We are Shobha Developers Ltd., and we work out of Bokaro in Jharkhand. Our office is on Main Road Chas, which is a very busy part of town. We are right near the Sadar Bazar and the New Durga Mandir is just a short walk away. It’s a good location because everyone knows where the Mandir is. Our office is a small, practical space. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big sign. Most of the time, the place is filled with rolls of blueprints and different building materials. We spend most of our time out on the construction sites rather than sitting behind a desk. It’s a lot of work to keep up with everything in the 827013 area, especially when it gets hot. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of money for advertising. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people know our work. We don't use any corporate phrases or make big promises. We just look at what needs to be built and we get the materials and the workers ready. It’s a straightforward life. We deal with the noise and the dust of Main Road every day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just want to keep building and doing our job for the people around here.
