Our office for Saudi Oger Ltd is located in Bokaro Steel City, right behind the Sweet and Sweet shop. It’s a good landmark because everyone in the area knows where to get their snacks. Jharkhand is a hardworking place, and Bokaro is no different. Being tucked away behind a local shop means we are easy to find but also out of the main noise of the road. The office is a basic setup. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive office chairs. Most of the time, we are just focused on the tasks we have for that week. The staff here are locals who understand how things go in this city. We don't have any big corporate policies that nobody understands. We just talk to each other and solve problems as they pop up. It’s a straightforward way to run things. The steel city has a certain feel to it—very industrial and practical—and I think our business fits right into that. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just stay behind the sweet shop, do our work, and keep things simple. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is hot, but we just keep the fans going and stay on top of the paperwork. That is basically us in a nutshell.
