Sarvjeet Industries

We operate out of Plot No. 2 A in the Bokaro Industrial Area. Our space covers several plots like 16, 17, 22, and 23 because we need the room for all the materials. It is an industrial zone, so there is always the sound of machinery and heavy trucks moving around nearby. We do various types of manufacturing and industrial work here. The environment is exactly what you would expect from a busy workshop—it's dusty and a bit loud. We spend most of our time on the shop floor rather than in the office. The ceiling is high to help with the air, but it still gets quite hot during the day. We have a small area for keeping our records, but the real work happens out where the machines are. Our crew has been working together for a long time and we just focus on getting the production done. We don't care much for fancy office furniture or decorations. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole day getting it back in order. It’s just part of the daily routine here. There is usually some scrap metal piled up in the corners waiting to be cleared. We eat our lunch in a small shaded area when the sun is too much. It is a very straightforward way of working and we just take each day as it comes. It's just what we do to keep things moving.
