Sail,Bsl, Bokaro

Our office is in Bokaro Steel City, specifically at B-3003 in Sector-Va. Being part of Sail, BSL, Bokaro means we are right in the heart of one of the biggest industrial hubs in Jharkhand. The sector life here is very specific; everyone knows where the blocks are and how the numbers work. We spend our days dealing with the logistical side of the steel business. The office itself is pretty basic, with some old wooden desks and plenty of paper. It gets very busy during the middle of the month when reports are due. We don't have any flashy marketing or big promises to show off. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Outside, the roads are wide and the city is planned out well, which makes the commute to Sector-Va easy for most of us. We often share a meal during lunch and talk about local news or what's happening at the plant. It is a very grounded way of living. We’ve seen the city grow and change over the years, but our little office at B-3003 stays pretty much the same. We focus on the tasks at hand and make sure everything is recorded properly for the company. It’s just how things are done here in Bokaro. It is a place for hard work and not much else.
