Sector-12 in Bokaro is a quiet enough place most of the time. We are set up in Quarter Number 2238. It’s a typical Steel City house that we use for our operations. Living and working in Jharkhand has its own rhythm. The air feels different here, especially near the industrial areas. Our space is filled with the usual things you’d expect from a builder—lots of tape measures, hard hats, and stacks of files. We aren’t interested in looking like a big multinational company. In the evenings, it gets a bit cooler and we sit around discussing the next day’s labor and materials. Everything is about the work. We move from one sector to another, checking on the progress of our projects. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking water from the filter and looking over some site photos. We know the local suppliers and the guys who move the dirt. It is a hands-on life. There is no polish here, just hard work and some tired boots at the end of the shift.
