Our office is based in Bokaro Steel City, specifically at 269, Bhagwati Kunj within Ispat Colony. Being in a place like Chas, you get used to the industrial feel of everything around you. At Reliance Engineering Associates Private Limited, we just focus on the engineering side of things. Jharkhand is a tough place for work sometimes but we enjoy the rhythm of it. We have been at this address for a bit and people in the colony know where to find us. It’s not a polished corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of project files laying around. The humidity in this part of India can be a lot, but we just keep the doors open and get on with the day. Most of our time is spent figuring out technical problems or coordinating with others in the steel sector. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just try to do the work that’s in front of us. Living and working in the 827013 area means you meet a lot of hardworking people. We usually grab lunch from home and eat together in the back room. It’s a simple life here at Bhagwati Kunj. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable spot for engineering needs in Bokaro. It is what it is, and we like it.
