Rahpal Institute For Social & Technical Association

Our association, which is the Rahpal Institute For Social & Technical Association, is located at Plot No-49 in Tandmohanpur village. This is in the Jainamore area, which is part of Bokaro in Jharkhand. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir, so it’s easy for people to find us. The office is a simple one-story building. We don't have any air conditioning or fancy office furniture. It’s just some wooden benches and a couple of old desks. We handle a lot of social work and some technical training when we can. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding villages. We spend our mornings talking to them and our afternoons doing all the administrative work that comes with running an institute. It’s a lot of writing things down in ledgers and keeping track of files. Bokaro can be a busy place, but out here in Tandmohanpur, things move a bit slower. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity because we aren't. We are just a group of local people who wanted to do something for our own area. We don't have a PR team or anyone to make us look good. We just do our work and let people see it for themselves. It’s a practical way of doing things and it works for us. We just keep going, day after day, year after year.
