Our office is located at Plot No - 1262 on the Dhanbad Road. It is right there at Telgaria More, near Balaji & Company in Chas. PUNYABHUMI ESTATE & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is what we call the business. Being in Bokaro means we deal with a lot of people looking for land or wanting to develop their property. The road outside is always busy with trucks and cars heading toward Dhanbad. We spend a lot of time looking at land maps and checking titles. It is a lot of ground work, literally. We are not flashy developers. We just work with the plots we have and try to help people figure out what they can build. The office gets a bit dusty because of the main road, but that is just part of being in Chas. We have people dropping by to ask about prices or just to see what is available in the area. We try to stay practical about everything. Real estate can be complicated with all the rules, so we just take it one step at a time. We have been at Telgaria More for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to people or driving out to look at different sites. It is regular work for regular people. We do not have a big mission statement. We just want to get the houses built and the land sorted without too much fuss. It keeps us busy enough from morning until the sun goes down.
