Our place is located in Bokaro Steel City, specifically at 329 in Sector III/E. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get into the sector. It's a typical Bokaro setting, very industrial but also grounded. We have been working out of this building for some time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. Inside, things are a bit cluttered with folders and equipment, but we know where everything is. The fans hum constantly to keep the air moving because it gets quite stuffy in the afternoons. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the weather is acting up. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to open the door for you with a smile; usually, someone just shouts for you to come in. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something needing attention. We tend to keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. There is a small market nearby where we grab snacks or fix things that break. It is not the most modern office in the city, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time here, so it’s got that lived-in feel. We just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure nothing gets left behind. It’s a simple setup for simple work, and we are happy enough with how things go here day to day.
