We are located at Plot Number 252 in the Co-Operative Colony over in Bokaro Steel City. It is a pretty standard setup for a real estate office in this part of Jharkhand. Most days involve us sitting around the table looking at maps of the colony or driving out to see different plots that people are interested in. Bokaro is a planned city, so things are usually laid out okay, but there is still plenty of work to do with the paperwork and the local authorities. We aren't a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. It gets quite hot here in the summer, which makes site visits a bit of a chore, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of marketing people. Usually, people just drop by the office because they saw the sign or someone told them we were here. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and keeping an eye on how the colony is growing. It’s a lot of practical stuff, like checking if the water lines are okay or if the fences are in the right spot. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a deal doesn't make sense, we just say so. It's just how we do things here in 827009. We like the quiet pace of the colony compared to the main market area.
