Pragati Food Plaza

We're located on the Main Road in Saraidhela, Dhanbad. Most people find us because we are right next to Pragati Hospital and near Khanuja Enclave. It's a busy spot, especially with the hospital traffic and people moving around the 828127 area. We opened this place because there weren't many spots to grab a quick bite around here. It's a food plaza, so we have a few different things going on. We keep it simple. You walk in, see what's available, and eat. The staff here are just local folks. We don't wear uniforms that match perfectly, and sometimes we get a bit backed up when it's raining outside. Dhanbad weather can be tough, you know. We spend our mornings talking to suppliers and making sure the kitchen is stocked. It's not a luxury place, just a decent spot where the food is prepared the way we like it. The noise from the main road is always there in the background. We’ve had people coming in for years, some stop by after visiting the hospital, others live in the apartments nearby. We just try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out on time. It’s a basic business. We stay open late most nights because that's when people seem to be out. We don't have a big philosophy, we just keep the doors open and try to get the orders right every time. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going.
