MINDIA CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is over in B.S. City, Bokaro. We are at number 287 in the Co-operative area. It’s a straightforward setup we have here. Most of our work involves building and site management. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is more of a local operation. We spend our days checking on progress at different locations. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the administrative side of things. There are always bills to pay and workers to coordinate. It can be a bit stressful when a shipment of cement doesn't show up on time. We've learned to deal with those hiccups over the years. The office is tucked away in the co-operative colony. It’s quiet enough for us to focus when we need to. People often drop by to ask about work or just to say hello. We have built up a lot of relationships in Bokaro over the time we’ve been active. It's not always easy work, especially when the heat gets bad in the summer. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There is a sense of satisfaction in seeing a project finally get finished after months of hard labor. We just take it one day at a time and see what needs fixing next. The work keeps us on our toes and we wouldn't have it any other way really. Even when things get hectic, we just keep pushing.
