Most people around here know the temple, so it makes it easy for folks to find us. We’re MANORISHI BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED, a local construction business that’s been around for a good bit. We aren't some big city firm with a fancy website and a lot of marketing talk. We’re just regular people from Bokaro who know how to get a building up. Our office is a simple place where we manage our projects and talk to whoever walks in. We don’t use any of those corporate slogans because we think they’re a bit unnecessary. We just focus on the work itself. Being in Chas, we’re right in the middle of all the action, and there’s always something new being built. We like being part of that. We’ve lived in Jharkhand all our lives, and we understand how things work here. Sometimes the weather is too hot or the rain is too heavy, but we just keep going. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a very straightforward way of working. Most of our clients come to us because they’ve seen our work nearby. It’s a small-town way of doing things, even though Bokaro is growing, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
