About Lions Club Of Bokaro Steel City – Safety & Security in Bokaro
Our place is at No.122 in the Co-Operative Colony here in Bokaro Steel City. It’s a solid building that’s been part of the neighborhood for a long time. We don't have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just members coming in and out to plan things or just to catch up. The rooms are plain but they serve their purpose for our meetings. There’s a lot of history in this building, with old photos on the walls from events years ago. Co-Operative Colony is a quiet part of Bokaro, which makes it a good spot for us. We spend a lot of time talking about what needs to be done around the city. It’s not a corporate office; it feels more like a community hall. Sometimes the fans creak a bit, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s comfortable. People know they can find us here if they want to get involved with something local. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Just some tables, chairs, and a few cupboards for our records. It’s a simple setup for people who just want to help out. The garden out front needs a bit of work, but we get to it when we can. It’s just how things are here. We keep the kettle going for anyone who stops by for a chat or a meeting. It keeps the place feeling alive even when it's quiet.
