Kmc Construction Ltd. has an office in Bokaro, specifically in Chas. We are located at C/O Priyanka Enfield Auto Parts in the Motor Ket area. It’s right on the Bye Pass Road. Being near an auto parts shop means there is always a lot of activity. You hear the sounds of bikes being fixed and people bargaining for parts. It’s a very practical location for a construction company. The Bye Pass Road is always busy with trucks and buses passing through. It gets quite dusty, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Bokaro-13 is an industrial kind of area. Our space is tucked inside the Motor Ket. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we keep our records and meet with people from the sites. Priyanka Enfield is a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. The air smells like oil and tires sometimes. We have a small staff here. We mostly drink tea from the stall across the road. The traffic on the bypass can be a headache in the evenings. We’ve grown used to the constant hum of the engines. It’s a gritty, hardworking neighborhood. Kmc Construction Ltd. fits right in here. We don't need a polished front. We just need a place to coordinate our jobs. Chas is a busy hub, and we are right in the thick of it. That is how our day usually goes here.
